NORSK is planned as an outdoor-oriented Nordic-style spa, set in the beautiful farmland of the Hudson River Valley. We offer whole-body wellness that includes physical healing of aches and pains, strengthened relationships, mindfulness, digital detox and Hygge, the recognition of the joy and meaning found in ordinary experiences

Experiencing NORSK is an intensive immersion in nature, cycling through hot and cold water events, alternating with rest and relaxation opportunities of unparalleled comfort, and punctuated with locally sourced, delicious cuisine.
